the goal for better chances of scoring.

                                               - Control with the foot, thigh, and chest to bring the ball under control from different heights.

Movement off the ball Can you make supporting runs to help create an attacking opportunity in an overload situation?
                                               - Supporting runs involve moving into space to receive the ball, creating passing options, and pulling defenders away.
Shooting Can you shoot the ball on target from the edge of the box at least three times out of five?

                                               - Shooting techniques include placing the ball with the inside of the foot and using the laces for power.
Using width Do you use width to create space in a game situation?

                                               - Using width stretches the opposition, creating more space in the centre for attacking opportunities.
Dribbling Can you dribble the ball under control in different directions?
                                               - Dribbling involves using various parts of the foot to change direction and maintain control of the ball.

Marking a defender Can you man-mark an opponent effectively in a practice situation?
                                               - Man-marking involves staying close to the opponent, anticipating their movements, and preventing them from receiving the ball.

Passing Can you pass the ball with the inside of the foot and the instep accurately?
                                               - Passing with the inside of the foot provides accuracy, while passing with the instep allows for longer distances.
Defending Can you delay an attacker and state why it is important to do so?

                                               - Delaying an attacker gives your team time to regroup and defend, reducing the chance of conceding a goal.
Positioning & Formations Can you play at least two positions in a small-sided game and state what attributes are needed to play that position?

                                               - Different positions require different skills, such as speed and crossing for wingers or strength and tackling for defenders.
