Netball Tour – Barton Hall 12-14th May

Our students had the opportunity to take part in a school trip to Barton Hall in Torquay this weekend.

Over the course of the weekend, they had chance to improve their Netball skills and played teams from around the country of differing standards, whilst having lots of fun. They also had the opportunity to take part in a range of adventurous activities designed to help them learn and develop new skills and really shine as individuals and as part of a team.

For many children this was their first experience of staying away from home without their family.

PGL staff and school staff were on hand throughout to encourage, reassure and help them gain confidence and independence and a real sense of achievement.
