More Royal Windsor Horse Show 2023 News

On 13th May, our fabulous 90 team went to the King’s back garden, the Royal Windsor Horse Show. Only 20 teams in the country qualified and SMCC was one of them as the winners of the Devon and Cornwall qualifier that was at Bicton in February.

The course was testing and we were second team to go which is always something of a disadvantage but we were positive and rode some fabulous rounds.

Sadly we were just outside the placings but so proud of our girls and the way they conducted themselves. Well done to Lolly, Holly, Keira and Rebecca.

At the end of the month we have this team going head to head for the inter-county national championship as well as the 80 team who will do the same at the Hickstead showground.
