Reporting Your Child's Lateral Flow Test (Covid) Result to The School

Your child should be completing a Lateral Flow Test twice a week as provided by the school. This should be on Monday and Thursday mornings. Regardless of the test result, please complete the form below each time your child takes a test. You have a duty as parent/guardian to let the school know this result. Many thanks for your co-operation and support in keeping our school as safe as possible.
